Borunbabur Bondhu Starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Arpita Chatterjee And Ritwick Chakraborty To Release on This Date
The filmmakers of Borunbabur Bondhu have postponed the release date of the film. The film which stars Soumitra Chatterjee, Arpita Chatterjee and Ritwick Chakraborty in the lead role will now release on February 7. Earlier, it was releasing on January 10. Directed by Anik Datta, the film also stars Madhabi Mukhopadhyay, Paran Bondopadhyay, Sreelekha Mitra, Kaushik Sen, Bidipta Chakraborty in pivotal roles.

Few days back Surinder films had shared the motion poster of the film starring Soumitra Chatterjee in the lead role.  “To make your Christmas merrier here's presenting the motion poster of #BorunbaburBondhu.” The film is adapted from Ramapada Chowdhury's story Chhad.  The motion poster features Soumitra Chatterjee sitting on the bench and staring at the sky,” it tweeted.

The trailer opens up with the introduction of Soumitra Chatterjee who is visited by his friend. He has come with a letter telling that everyone is coming to visit him on his birthday. Then the scene shifts to his other family members who live in other cities and are planning to visit Soumitra Chatterjee on his birthday. But it is Soumitra Chatterjee who is longing for his friend. Will he come to meet him?
